Yes. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be billed at full price.
For your convenience and security, we highly recommend installing a lockbox at your home. This ensures that the key always remains on-site. We request two sets of house keys. One key is securely placed in the lockbox, while the other is kept safe at the Paticas & Paws office for emergency use. If you live in a private community, we require one FOB or key card.
Pet care visits are available by reservation only. Pet services hours begin no earlier than 6:30 am and end no later than 9 pm. Appointments are scheduled in arrival time blocks.
All reservations and payments must be made through our portal or office. Pet sitters/dog walkers will NOT accept changes, cancellations, or additions. Full prepayment is required upon approval of all services. We approve appointments 24-48 hours after being scheduled.
